Petaluma, Calif. - A man arrested for throwing a California hot dog on Tiger Woods in a tournament, said he wanted to do something "bold and epic."
Brandon Kelly in Petaluma told the Press Democrat in Santa Rosa Tuesday that he is a fan of Woods and had the idea after seeing "Drive" - a recently released film starring Ryan Gosling as a stunt driver moon lights as a pilot trip.
"I threw the hotdog against Tiger Woods, because I was inspired by the movie` Drive "," Kelly said. "As soon as the end of the film, I thought, 'I must do something bold and epic. I take a hot dog on the green in front of Tiger "."

Santa Clara Sheriff's Office has confirmed to the Associated Press on Wednesday that the 31-year, Kelly threw a wiener in Woods.

Brandon Kelly, told the Petaluma Santa Rosa Press Democrat on Tuesday that he is a fan of Woods and had the idea after seeing the "Drive" - the recently released movie starring Ryan Gosling as a stunt driver turns on the moon as the driver fled.
"I threw a hot dog to the Tiger Woods because I was inspired by 'Drive' the movie," Kelly said. "Just finished the movie, I thought to myself,` I need to do something bold and epic. I run a hot dog in front of the green tiger. '"

Sheriff's Office Santa Clara has confirmed to The Associated Press on Wednesday that the 31 year old Kelly threw Vienna Woods.
Kelly was arrested for disturbing the peace Sunday after shouting the name of Woods and run a hot dog at him at the Frys.com Open in San Martin. (See video below).
"When I looked up, the hot dog was in the air," said Woods. "The bread was kind of disintegration."
Woods backed up by his birdie putt during the disturbance, and ended for lack of 18-foot putt.
"Some guy just led the green and he had a hot dog, and apparently ... I do not know how he tried to throw it, but I had little focus on my putter when he began to shout, "Woods said after the tournament." The next thing I know, he asked on the floor and looked like he wanted to be shut ... put his hands behind his back and turned his head. "
Kelly posted on his Facebook page on Sunday morning on a hot dog in hand in front of the wheel of his vehicle and the speedometer, the newspaper said.
Sgt. Jose Cardoza, a spokesman for the Sheriff's Office Santa Clara County, said the offense a misdemeanor Kelly would probably a good service and the community.
